How to Book a Deal

How to Book a Deal

Check out the step-by-step below to learn how to book a Pomelo Travel deal!

You've found an exciting deal! Now, how do you book?

Every deal we post or send via email from Pomelo Travel will have carefully detailed instructions that will show you how to book the deal.

A quick glance at our "HERE'S THE DEAL" section will show you the best price of a round trip flight from the available cities that are currently having a flight sale. This way you can see if the deal is from your city (or even another nearby airport) and approximately how much the flight will be.

Here is an example of a round trip flight to Reykjavik, Iceland from various cities and a break down of each section.

HOW TO BOOK

This section will always include the steps you need to book a deal directly with Google Flights, or another trusted flight searching engine.

It's important to pay close attention to the directions in each step so that you can find the best price for the dates that work for you. The links in Step 1 and Step 2 will take you to bookable sample dates with the lowest fares our Flight Search Experts could find.

The first step and link will take you to Google Flights where you can go directly to an airline’s website to book the deal — this is especially helpful if you have certain airlines you like to fly with.

The second link to Skyscanner often gives a lower price than Google Flights where you can book through an Online Travel Agency. Skyscanner easily organizes which flights are cheapest and fastest for any date/location you enter.

We always link the lowest price we can find, so other dates and cities might be a little more expensive depending on your itinerary. If the price you find when you go to book is higher than what we listed in “Here’s the Deal” the deal might be selling out or close to expiring.

If you need help finding dates that work you can check out our Google Flights article, or shoot us an email at [email protected].

Once you’re all booked, send us a quick reply to let us know where you’re going, we’d love to know where you’re going next!
